Good questions make better trips

What to know before you pack a paddle.

Straight answers on playing levels, rooms, travel planning and what happens after you enquire.

01Do I need to be an experienced pickleball player?

Not necessarily. Share your current level so the team can recommend the right retreat and session mix.

02Can I join alone?

Yes, the small-group format is designed to make joining alone feel natural. Ask about current room-sharing options when you enquire.

03Is roommate matching available?

You can register interest. Matching is not guaranteed and would only happen with explicit consent from everyone involved.

04What is included in the retreat price?

Each retreat page lists the current package. SLISK will confirm the final inclusions in writing before payment.

05Are flights included?

Each retreat has a land-package price and a separate price including return flights. Final flight routing is confirmed in writing before payment.

06Is visa support available?

You can request general guidance, but travelers remain responsible for passports, visas and entry requirements.

07What happens after I submit an enquiry?

Your details are saved and a human follows up. Submission is not a reservation or payment confirmation.

08How is my booking confirmed?

Only after SLISK confirms availability and terms in writing and receives any required deposit.

09Can non-playing partners join?

Ask the team. Companion packages and participation rules have not yet been confirmed.

10What equipment should I bring?

Final equipment guidance will come with the travel pack. Paddle availability is not yet confirmed.

11Are paddles available?

Not yet confirmed. Tell the team if you need equipment so this can be checked with the venue.

12What are the cancellation terms?

Cancellation and refund terms are provided in writing before any deposit is paid.

13Is travel insurance required?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The final booking terms should specify any mandatory cover.

14Are meals suitable for Indian dietary preferences?

The Malaysia itinerary includes an Indian dinner on Day 1. Share any other dietary needs before booking.

15Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Share them in the enquiry. Accommodation depends on the final hotel, venue and restaurant partners.

16Is single occupancy available?

Bali describes single occupancy as available but does not provide the supplement. Malaysia’s room basis is not yet confirmed.

17What level of fitness is required?

Expect active days, court time and some walking. Share any health or accessibility considerations so the team can discuss suitability with you.
