Enquiry and booking terms

Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a place or create a payment obligation.

Enquiries are not bookings

A form submission or WhatsApp message does not reserve a place. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of the required payment.

Prices and availability

Prices, room options, inclusions, taxes, fees and availability remain subject to confirmation. Currency is shown explicitly on each retreat.

Travel responsibilities

Travelers remain responsible for passports, visas, insurance, health suitability and compliance with destination requirements unless final written terms say otherwise.

Changes and cancellation

The cancellation, refund and change terms that apply to your retreat will be provided in writing before payment. Those written terms form part of the booking agreement.
